This eyebrow pencil was an emergency buy. I was placing an order at ulta website and my 3 year old comes up to me saying “mama look, its crayons” She was holding an empty tube of twist up eyeliner pencil in one hand, and in the other tiny bits of what she thought was a crayon. I was kicking myself for leaving the pencil on the sink instead of putting it away. I learned my lesson. I searched for a cheapest eyebrow pencil and I found this one. If I remember correctly, the price was about 6$. When it finally arrived, I could not wait to put it on. This was a very first time that I bought anything from this brand. The pencil itself was not what I expected. Being used to thick, creamy eyebrow pencils I wasn’t sure how well I would be able to make my eyebrow more defined. I came to realize that the stiff, tiny point is able to create fake hair with ease. Instead of blocky brows I was able to achieve a more natural brow.
Any harsh lines where more pressure was applied could be easily blended out with A spoolie at the end of the pencil. The color itself wasn’t too overwhelming, but that is what gives this product such great control.
So let’s get to the overview
- Price: 6.99$
- Formula: hard pencil, very thin
- Longevity: 12hr+
- Blendability: easily imitates individual hair, combs into a natural brow
- Pigment: increased with pressure
- Bonus: able to create a very natural brow
- Cons: thin pencil can break easily
This has to be something that I will buy again and again after I run out. I like how natural my brows look. Maybe next time I will reach for a darker shade.
